Design and improve end-to-end customer journeys across the company’s B2C website and mobile app, including wireframes, prototypes, and design system evolution. Partner with product managers and developers to research user needs, identify opportunities, validate solutions, deliver designs, and measure their impact.
Responsibilities
- Design product journeys, wireframes, mock‑ups and prototypes for web and mobile
- Challenge hypotheses, ensure accessibility and simplicity, maintain design system coherence
- Identify user needs and opportunities through research, interviews and testing
- Collaborate with developers and perform UX/UI QA
- Stay updated on AI trends and experiment with AI tools to improve product and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience for B2C web and mobile
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma
- Strong UX/UI skills and experience with design systems
- Ability to conduct user interviews, tests, benchmarks and analyses
- Experience in e‑commerce is preferred
- Curiosity about AI applications in design
- Data‑driven mindset and strong communication in English
