Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across the patient mobile app and web-based clinical and administrative portal, from research and user flows through development-ready designs. Maintain the design system and product brand, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver features across platforms.
Requirements
- Applicants need at least five years of experience shipping functional digital products across mobile and web, as well as experience in a high-growth startup. They should be proficient in UX and UI design, Figma, prototyping, systems thinking, and communicating design decisions; healthcare or sensitive-data experience is preferred.
