Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for risk modeling products, creating clear workflows and data-rich experiences for risk assessment, prioritization, decision-making, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to establish scalable, trustworthy design patterns and improve product experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- Requires at least 7 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex, high-stakes products, with expertise in configurable systems, data-dense interfaces, and interconnected workflows. Candidates should demonstrate strong design craft, research and strategic thinking, cross-functional communication, and sound judgment around sensitive information, permissions, auditability, and AI tools.
