Design Manager (Regional Civils)

Lead and assure multidisciplinary design from work winning and feasibility through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover for energy infrastructure projects. Coordinate civil, structural, building, geotechnical, drainage, utilities, temporary works, and mechanical and electrical interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assure multidisciplinary design from work winning and feasibility through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover for energy infrastructure projects. Coordinate civil, structural, building, geotechnical, drainage, utilities, temporary works, and mechanical and electrical interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Candidates should have proven design leadership experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or energy, ideally on major high-voltage transmission, distribution, substation, or grid connection projects. They should understand multidisciplinary coordination and technical assurance, manage design from early involvement through handover, and be able to identify risks and develop practical, buildable solutions.
