Own end-to-end design for AI-powered clinical tools, defining problems, gathering requirements from providers and stakeholders, and partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver and evaluate solutions. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for AI-powered clinical tools, defining problems, gathering requirements from providers and stakeholders, and partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver and evaluate solutions. Design reusable human-AI interaction patterns and components, prototype directly in the codebase using AI tools, and contribute to the design system and its documentation.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience with complex work interfaces, demonstrated human-AI interaction design, hands-on AI-assisted prototyping in an existing codebase, and experience contributing reusable components and documentation to a design system. Candidates must independently gather requirements and drive solutions through release, have advanced English and fluent Russian, and be available during CET-compatible hours.
