Analyze product usage and user behavior to recommend improvements, while collaborating with UI designers, developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and accessible experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs
- Design user journeys and flows for multiple devices and platforms
- Collaborate with UI Designers, developers, and product owners to create innovative solutions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to communicate design concepts
- Analyze product usage data and recommend improvements
- Ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design and research experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and research
- Ability to create personas, user journeys, and conduct usability testing
- Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision
- Experience analyzing user behavior and providing dataâdriven recommendations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Team collaboration with UI Designers and developers
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Fluency in French
