Own the end-to-end design process for the Neptune DX Platform, from user research and discovery through prototyping and final UI delivery, including building interactive code-based prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive enterprise experiences, maintain the design system, communicate design decisions, and advocate for users throughout product development.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product or UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows and frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. They should understand UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility, and be able to communicate design decisions and work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
