Product Designer Senior H/F

Design clear, efficient product experiences for borrowers and brokers, and develop design systems that improve consistency and speed. Explore AI-enabled design processes and product experiences, advocate for users, and share expertise to support the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences that save time and reduce stress for users
• Expand and maintain Pretto’s design system to improve consistency and speed
• Explore and prototype AI‑driven design processes and conversational interfaces
• Advocate for user needs throughout product decisions
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge across the team
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts in six‑week Shape Up cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS
• Strong experience with design systems (components, tokens, documentation, governance)
• Ability to translate complex functional requirements into clear, user‑friendly interfaces
• Detail‑oriented with a big‑picture vision
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment
• Preferred education: HETIC, Gobelins or equivalent
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus

Benefits

• Salary range $60,000 – $65,000 (depending on profile)
