Lead and coordinate digital designers to deliver water, wastewater, network, and treatment infrastructure designs in line with project budgets, schedules, client requirements, and engineering standards. Collaborate with delivery teams, clients, and partner organizations; mentor junior designers; contribute construction and commissioning expertise; and support bids and client relationships.

Requirements
- A Diploma of Engineering or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering is the minimum qualification, along with experience delivering digital designs for water and wastewater networks and treatment projects. Candidates should be proficient in Civil 3D, Revit, 12D Model, Microsoft Office, and common data environments, understand WSAA and other relevant standards, and have the capability or ambition to lead a team.
