UX Researcher

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with frontline and expert users in operational environments, then translate findings into actionable product recommendations, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and designers to create accessible, research-backed digital experiences and contribute to the development of Carrier Digitalâs design research practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with frontline and expert users in operational environments, then translate findings into actionable product recommendations, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and designers to create accessible, research-backed digital experiences and contribute to the development of Carrier Digitalâs design research practice.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in design or human-computer interaction and at least five years of experience contributing to and delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in life sciences or temperature-controlled supply chains, knowledge of iterative design and research methods, familiarity with tools such as Figma, Claude, and Maze, and a portfolio demonstrating research processes and artifacts.
