Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback, document observations, and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.

Requirements
- Applicants need at least two years of relevant professional creative experience, proficiency with relevant creative applications, and verified paid experience in AI human-data work such as annotation, RLHF, or AI output evaluation. Strong knowledge of creative quality standards, English communication at B2 level or above, independent remote work, and reliable internet are required; no formal degree is required.
