Build and scale design systems, help establish the team's Claude and Figma MCP workflow, and mentor designers while presenting and defending design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidates must have commercial experience delivering native iOS or Android software at scale, a record of end-to-end ownership, and advanced Figma skills including variables, components, and auto-layout. They must be fluent in Polish and have at least B2 English, and should use AI tools such as Claude and Figma MCP in their workflow or be able to adopt them quickly.
