Design complex web software products from concept through launch, including user flows, prototypes, interfaces, graphics, and visual systems. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data teams to define design direction, iterate based on feedback and evidence, and ensure implementation and launch quality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and data teams throughout the design process
- Define problems, goals, and design scope for each project
- Rapidly develop concept prototypes and design user flows informed by research and data
- Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate continuously
- Design interfaces, graphics, and layouts for web products
- Maintain and improve the visual design system
- Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into product design
- Establish design direction amid ambiguity and conduct design reviews
- Coordinate design work across related projects
- Oversee design implementation and launch quality
- Participate in technical discussions and help translate technical documentation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of end‑to‑end design experience with complex software products
- Ability to align UX, interaction, and visual design with business goals
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and visual judgment
- Experience with controlled testing and data‑driven design
- Proficiency with prototyping tools and product thinking
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Experience launching products across teams or designing conversational AI/chatbots (optional)
- Experience with motion design (optional)
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and understanding of AI risk and bias (optional)
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work
