Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for foundational platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and the design system, helping product teams deliver consistent, high-quality work faster. Shape product strategy through user research and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring designers and partners and developing scalable tools for mortgage servicing teams.
Requirements
- Requires at least 3 years of product design experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer fintech environment, and a portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, and user-centered problem solving. Candidates should have experience shipping and iterating on end-to-end products, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and bring strong communication, organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.
