Lead the design, development, and validation of large-scale logistics solutions for new business, customer expansions, renewals, and operational transformations, including warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, automation, and network optimization initiatives. Lead and develop the solutions engineering team, support commercial pursuits and customer presentations, and oversee project governance and implementation support.

- Lead the design, development, and validation of large-scale logistics solutions for new business, customer expansions, renewals, and operational transformations, including warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, automation, and network optimization initiatives. Lead and develop the solutions engineering team, support commercial pursuits and customer presentations, and oversee project governance and implementation support.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of progressive experience in solutions or logistics engineering or a related field, and at least 7 years of leadership experience. Candidates need extensive solution design experience, expertise in warehouse and operational modeling, financial analysis, and complex RFI/RFP/RFQ pursuits, along with strong project, communication, and customer-facing skills.
