Lead and coordinate preconstruction and design management for a design-build courthouse project, representing the owner and managing schedules, budgets, risks, design reviews, and coordination across disciplines. Coordinate with the owner, design-builder, utilities, and government agencies; oversee contractual compliance, project meetings, documentation, and quality control.

Coordinate with the owner, design-builder, utilities, and government agencies; oversee contractual compliance, project meetings, documentation, and quality control.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is required, with architecture strongly preferred, along with at least 12 years of related project or construction management experience. Design-build experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project are required; courthouse experience, DBIA certification, and familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore are preferred.
