Create visuals for social media, campaigns, and landing pages in Figma, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts in CapCut. Generate and edit visuals with AI tools, increasingly integrate AI into the design process with mentorship, and collaborate with strategy and copy teams on client projects.
Responsibilities
- Design visuals for social media, campaigns and landing pages using Figma
- Edit short‑form video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in CapCut
- Generate and refine visuals with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
- Gradually shift more of the design workflow to AI under mentorship
- Collaborate closely with strategy and copy teams on client projects
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to project timelines
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Figma (components, auto‑layout, template work)
- Experience with video editing in CapCut
- Strong sense of typography, composition and colour
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to test new ones daily
- Portfolio (personal or student projects) showcasing relevant work
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad effectiveness
- Experience with motion design or After Effects is a plus
- Familiarity with AI image generators such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway
