Own the specification, microarchitecture, and RTL design of modules, contribute to chip architecture, and lead engineers developing digital IPs and functional blocks. Coordinate with verification and physical design teams on coverage and timing closure, oversee design checks and synthesis, support post-silicon debugging, and hire and mentor engineers.

Requirements
- Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 10 or more years of digital logic design experience, including hands-on RTL coding and debugging. Candidates should have experience with lint, CDC, formal equivalence, ECO flows, and scripting; audio or DSP knowledge and mentoring experience are desirable.
