Requirements
- Requires a Philippine-licensed Mechanical Engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least six years of mechanical design experience, including high-rise, premium commercial, or luxury mixed-use projects. Candidates should have advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, load calculation and fluid simulation tools, and knowledge of local building and fire codes, NFPA standards, LEED, and BERDE.
