Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and guide design decisions. Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring consistent, accessible, and usable experiences across devices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, surveys and usability testing to gather insights
- Create personas, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Design visual layouts, UI elements and interactive components for digital products
- Maintain consistency across all design elements and interactions
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility and performance across devices
- Iterate based on user feedback, testing results and data analysis
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design process
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Mandatory knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
