Design intuitive, accessible digital journeys across the website, customer portal, and mobile app, using user insights, behavioral data, and business needs. Facilitate co-creation and user testing, improve the design system, collaborate with business and technical teams, and support projects through implementation and quality follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Transform user insights, behavioral data, and business needs into intuitive, fluid, and accessible digital journeys.
- Conduct user research and create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Identify friction points, accessibility challenges, and improvement opportunities through analysis.
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops, test hypotheses with users, and iterate based on feedback and experiments.
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, and development teams to deliver innovative, user‑centered solutions.
- Play a key role in evolving the Design System, ensuring quality, consistency, and component reusability.
- Support projects through production, monitor implementation quality, and advocate recommendations to align stakeholders.
Requirements
- The role calls for UX design capabilities, including user research, wireframing, interactive prototyping in Figma, accessibility awareness, and analysis of user feedback and behavioral data.
