Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a five-person product design team while establishing clear design standards, career development practices, and a consistently high quality bar. Contribute hands-on to product design projects, strengthen design systems and AI-enabled workflows, and align design direction with product strategy and customer needs.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years of management experience, with a strong portfolio spanning visual and interaction design, systems thinking, storytelling, and user-centered craft. Candidates should have experience coaching senior designers, scaling design systems, using AI in design practice, conducting user research, and leading design across multiple products or surfaces; two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
