Lead the technical and commercial delivery of data center design and build-out projects across Nordic sites, ensuring standardized, cost-effective, high-quality, and sustainable solutions. Manage design phases and consultant coordination, support construction and site planning, review budgets and technical risks, and drive incident investigations and design improvements.

Manage design phases and consultant coordination, support construction and site planning, review budgets and technical risks, and drive incident investigations and design improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 5â7 years of relevant CSA or MEP engineering experience, preferably on infrastructure or construction projects such as data centers, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. They should understand data center equipment and critical infrastructure, have basic knowledge of building management systems and design management processes, be fluent in English, and be willing to travel across the Nordics.
