Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout product development, evolve the design system, and validate and refine design decisions through research and feedback.

Requirements
- The role requires strong product design experience focused on mobile UX/UI, excellent user-centered and interaction design knowledge, and high-quality visual design with close attention to detail. Candidates should be able to simplify complex flows, communicate and defend design decisions, collaborate across teams, and work with design systems; FinTech or trading experience is an advantage.
