Build, document, and maintain reusable Figma design-system components and translate feature concepts into polished, accessible, implementation-ready UI specifications. Collaborate with the Product Designer, Product Owners, developers, and other partners on design reviews, component feasibility, usability improvements, and implementation quality.
Responsibilities
- Build, document, and maintain reusable Figma design-system components and translate feature concepts into polished, accessible, implementation-ready UI specifications. Collaborate with the Product Designer, Product Owners, developers, and other partners on design reviews, component feasibility, usability improvements, and implementation quality.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a related field, along with strong Figma skills and experience contributing to design systems. Candidates should have strong UI craft, accessibility knowledge, documentation and communication skills, and the ability to support multiple product initiatives; healthcare or regulated-software experience is an asset.
