Graphic Designer

Design collateral, environmental graphics, event promotions, and social media materials for campus clients, contributing to or leading projects. Coordinate with clients and colleagues throughout project lifecycles, manage timelines and tracking, and support photo shoots, installations, and project management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects for collateral, environmental graphics, event promotion, and social media
• Initiate and attend planning meetings, communicating throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project timelines, manage schedules, and coordinate with Marketing and Communications colleagues
• Support photo shoots, installations, and overall project management as needed
• Apply visual design standards across various mediums
• Edit and optimize images for different media formats
• Maintain high organizational standards and attention to detail
• Collaborate with college departments, faculty, staff, students, and alumni
• Travel regionally for college‑sponsored events when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience
• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
