Mid Weight Graphic Designer

Create and iterate high volumes of performance-focused design across paid and organic social, CRM, web, print, and other channels, using creative testing and performance data to improve results. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and an AI Engineer to develop campaign concepts, scalable design systems, and AI-supported workflows while maintaining brand quality and organised asset delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate high volumes of performance-focused design across paid and organic social, CRM, web, print, and other channels, using creative testing and performance data to improve results. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and an AI Engineer to develop campaign concepts, scalable design systems, and AI-supported workflows while maintaining brand quality and organised asset delivery.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 2â4 years of graphic design experience, a strong digital portfolio, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma, and experience creating paid social performance creative. They should be organised, comfortable working quickly at high volume, knowledgeable about design fundamentals and social trends, and able to collaborate across teams.
