Requirements
- Applicants need 1â3 years of professional digital product design experience, strong UI craft, hands-on design system experience, and fluency in Figma; shipped internship or working-student work counts. They should communicate and defend design decisions, collaborate effectively with developers, understand enough frontend to design buildable interfaces, be curious and receptive to feedback, and be fluent in English.
