Requirements
- Requires a master's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field, with a PhD preferred, at least 10 years of custom analog IC design experience, and at least five years in a similar leadership role. Candidates should have a proven record delivering profitable, complex mixed-signal chips from concept through production, along with strong technical, communication, team-building, and execution skills.
