Senior Design Manager

Lead the design process from pre-construction through completion, coordinating consultant teams and technical information while ensuring design solutions meet programme, budget, quality, compliance, and buildability objectives. Chair design reviews, manage risks and changes, support procurement and value engineering, monitor progress, and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Requires proven Design Manager or Senior Design Manager experience in residential or mixed-use projects, including high-rise reinforced concrete frame developments in London and experience with a main contractor, developer, or major residential contractor. Candidates should have strong construction and design management knowledge, familiarity with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and gateway processes, commercial awareness, and effective leadership and communication skills.
