SR Manager Solutions Design Engineering

Lead multiple concurrent warehouse solution design projects from requirements analysis through technical and financial proposals, customer presentations, and implementation handoff. Develop and evaluate facility layouts, labor and operating models, automation concepts, and financial scenarios while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting implementation readiness and performance validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent warehouse solution design projects from requirements analysis through technical and financial proposals, customer presentations, and implementation handoff. Develop and evaluate facility layouts, labor and operating models, automation concepts, and financial scenarios while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting implementation readiness and performance validation.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field, at least 7 years of relevant progressive experience, and at least 4 years managing concurrent RFI, RFQ, or RFP solution design projects. Candidates should have customer-facing logistics or warehousing experience, ownership of large-scale solutions and capital investments, strong warehouse operations and financial modeling expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders; a relevant master’s degree and experience with design, simulation, WMS, automation, Lean, or Six Sigma are preferred.
