Data Scientist/ UX Product Designer

Analyze operational, behavioral, and technical data to identify trends and measure product effectiveness, then develop dashboards, models, and feedback mechanisms that support mission decision-making. Research user needs and design, prototype, and iteratively refine practical interfaces and products in collaboration with operators, Government stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and experience in data science, analytics, UX, product design, or a related technical discipline. They need strong analytical and user-centered design capabilities, experience working with multidisciplinary teams and operational stakeholders, and the ability to support on-site work and domestic and international travel.
