Lead the design process for construction projects, managing consultants, design deliverables, BIM requirements, risks, and coordination to meet contractual, budget, schedule, quality, and customer requirements. Requirements
- Candidates should have a construction or design-related HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent, and be a member of or working toward membership in CIOB, RIBA, or RICS. They should bring BIM expertise, relevant new-build and refurbishment experience, a track record of managing designers and delivering projects to time, budget, and quality standards, and strong commercial, decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
