Own end-to-end design across internal tools and customer-facing platforms, from discovery and user flows through prototypes, UI, and engineering handoff. Improve the design system and product usability, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship and iteratively refine solutions for complex energy-sector workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own endâtoâend design for internal tools and customerâfacing platforms
- Conduct discovery, map user flows, create prototypes and UI designs
- Prepare design assets for engineering handoff
- Improve and maintain the design system
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Iteratively refine solutions for complex energyâsector workflows
Requirements
- At least five years (ideally eight) of autonomous product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, dataâdense, workflowâheavy software
- Ability to work as the sole designer initially
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude
- Strong product thinking, design systems knowledge and rapid prototyping skills
