Lead construction-phase design coordination on site, managing RFIs, technical queries, submittals, design changes, and multidisciplinary coordination while ensuring work follows approved designs and regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Requires a degree in an engineering, building services, civil, architectural, or related technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, and at least three years in site-based design management or construction-phase engineering. Candidates need experience on data centre or other technically complex projects, knowledge of M&E systems, BIM and CDE tools, UK construction legislation, and commissioning and handover processes.
