Senior Solutions Design Manager

Lead the UK solutions design function and its team, developing innovative, operationally robust and commercially competitive logistics proposals from customer engagement through sign-off and implementation. Partner with business development, operations, finance and senior leaders to shape bids, build financial models, present solutions, support mobilisation and improve design methods and technology recommendations.

Partner with business development, operations, finance and senior leaders to shape bids, build financial models, present solutions, support mobilisation and improve design methods and technology recommendations.
Requirements
- The role calls for a strong background in warehouse solution design, operational modelling and tender management, including experience across multiple sectors. Candidates should bring commercial awareness, strong stakeholder and presentation skills, knowledge of automation and emerging logistics technologies, and ideally experience with tools such as AutoCAD, CLASS or SketchUp.
