3D Creative Design Manager - Prestige Visual Merchandising & Store Design

Design and develop creative, technically detailed visual merchandising and retail environments for Coty's prestige beauty brands, translating global brand direction into locally relevant, buildable solutions. Produce 3D visualizations and supplier-ready technical documentation, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and oversee design quality, feasibility, and brand standards through production and installation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative, technically detailed visual merchandising and retail environments for Coty's prestige beauty brands, translating global brand direction into locally relevant, buildable solutions. Produce 3D visualizations and supplier-ready technical documentation, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and oversee design quality, feasibility, and brand standards through production and installation.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of visual merchandising, store, or retail design experience, ideally in luxury beauty, premium retail, or luxury fashion. They should have strong technical design and spatial planning skills, knowledge of fixtures, materials, lighting, manufacturing and installation, proficiency with relevant design software, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
