UX Designer

Develop sourcing strategies, screen and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records, advise on staffing needs, negotiate offers, support onboarding, and build talent pipelines while improving recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and evaluate resumes for fit with job requirements and culture
• Conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidate skills and experience
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment advice
• Negotiate job offers and assist candidates through onboarding
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess candidate suitability
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Proactive approach and excellent organizational abilities
• Capability to work under pressure
