Design and evolve user-centered digital experiences across mobile, B2B, e-commerce, and digital sales channels, combining interface design, user research, usability, and design systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, present and negotiate design proposals, and deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital experiences centered on the user for mobile, B2B platforms, e‑commerce and sales channels
- Conduct UX research using interviews, surveys and usability testing to uncover user needs
- Migrate and evolve design flows from Sketch to Figma, ensuring visual continuity and system consistency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to present and defend design solutions
- Maintain and strengthen design systems across projects
- Participate in continuous learning, certifications and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- More than 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design
- Expertise in UI, UX research and usability practices
- Experience designing for mobile, B2B, e‑commerce and digital sales channels
- Proficiency in migrating design flows from Sketch to Figma while maintaining consistency
- Solid command of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Maze or similar research tools
- Ability to present, justify and negotiate design proposals with stakeholders
- Creative problem‑solving and staying up‑to‑date with design trends
