Requirements
- Requires at least five years of UX or product design experience with demonstrable business impact, advanced Figma expertise, strategic understanding of user and business needs, and confident communication with senior stakeholders. Candidates should show strong UX and visual execution in their portfolio; experience building design systems, leading strategy workshops, mentoring designers, or delivering measurable impact for recognized brands is an advantage.
