Lead customer ASIC programs from RFQs and technology planning through design, testing, packaging, fabrication, bring-up, and production. Advise customers on EDA tools and design methodologies, validate netlists for tape-out quality, and coordinate technical risks and mitigation across internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer ASIC programs from RFQs and technology planning through design, testing, packaging, fabrication, bring-up, and production. Advise customers on EDA tools and design methodologies, validate netlists for tape-out quality, and coordinate technical risks and mitigation across internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Requires experience with multiple tape-outs at advanced process nodes, strong understanding of PPA tradeoffs, low-power design, and power management, plus hands-on physical design or STA experience. Candidates should also have experience with EDA tools and flows, programming or scripting, and strong communication skills; prior leadership experience is not required.
