Lead end-to-end product design across UpMetricsâ platform, including user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation. Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, develop design systems and UX patterns, run workshops and design sprints, and build deep understanding of users and the market.

- Lead end-to-end product design across UpMetricsâ platform, including user research, usability testing, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation. Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, develop design systems and UX patterns, run workshops and design sprints, and build deep understanding of users and the market.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in design or a related field and at least six years of product design experience, including experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS products. Candidates should be able to own the design process from research through launch, demonstrate strong visual design and Figma skills, use AI tools in their practice, and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile scrum environment.
