Responsibilities
- Design digital products and websites from early concepts and user flows through polished, responsive experiences, bringing strong visual craft to layout, typography, motion, and interaction. Build scalable design systems, use AI tools throughout design and prototyping, and collaborate with strategists, developers, clients, and junior designers to deliver and improve the work.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of digital or product design experience across apps and large websites, strong UI/UX fundamentals, product intuition, systems thinking, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Candidates should be fluent in Figma, experienced with design systems and AI-assisted workflows, understand frontend components and responsive behavior, and communicate design decisions effectively; experience building with tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor is a strong plus.
