Senior Content & Design Manager – Editorial Lead (f/m/d)

Ensure the quality, consistency, and clarity of editorial content, and create and edit content for a range of media and formats, including articles, interviews, campaigns, and video. Develop editorial processes and governance, manage topic planning and approvals, coordinate media and stakeholder requests, and orchestrate content across countries and channels using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and clarity of editorial content, and create and edit content for a range of media and formats, including articles, interviews, campaigns, and video. Develop editorial processes and governance, manage topic planning and approvals, coordinate media and stakeholder requests, and orchestrate content across countries and channels using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• A university or university of applied sciences degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is required, along with at least 5–7 years of relevant editorial or communications experience, ideally in financial services. Candidates should have excellent writing and editing skills, experience with storytelling, content governance, multimedia formats and AI tools, strong stakeholder advisory skills, a structured and hands-on approach, and excellent German and English; French is an advantage.
