Requirements
- 7â10 years of product or UX design experience with endâtoâend ownership of complex workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor designers
- Strong UI and UX portfolio
- Expertise with Figma and design systems
- Experience using AIâassisted design tools; financial, enterprise, SaaS or B2B background a plus
