UX Designer

Design and prototype user journeys, interaction flows, and interface concepts for rider pickup and dropoff experiences, using research, usability testing, data, and customer feedback to improve the product. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, present design recommendations, conduct field research at service locations, and advocate for accessible, customer-centered mobility experiences.

Requirements
- 3â5 years of UX, interaction or service design experience
- Strong skills in mapping user journeys and flows
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend UX work
- Experience with prototyping, usability testing and dataâinformed design
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (preferred)
