Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements, including personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. Requirements
- Proven experience as UX Designer or Product Designer
- Strong knowledge of User‑Centered Design and UX methods
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro/FigJam
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Familiarity with design systems, analytics tools, and basic front‑end tech
