Design and improve digital and conversational customer journeys by translating business rules and requirements into simple, effective experiences. Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, create prototypes and functional specifications, validate implementation, and monitor journey performance to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Map, design, and evolve digital and conversational user journeys
- Translate business rules into simple, efficient client experiences
- Gather requirements, identify risks, and propose improvement opportunities
- Facilitate alignment sessions with business, technology, and other stakeholders
- Create prototypes, flows, and functional specifications for development
- Monitor implementation and validate delivery against designs
- Track journey metrics and support continuous experience improvement
Requirements
- Experience designing and evolving digital journeys
- Strong knowledge of UX design, usability, information architecture, and flow design
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements
- Proficiency with prototyping and journey‑mapping tools (Figma, Miro, Lucid, etc.)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary projects
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
