Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design in a product domain, turning ambiguous problems into high-craft, accessible experiences and shaping product goals and roadmaps with product and engineering partners. Design trustworthy AI experiences, ground decisions in customer insight, evolve design systems, and prototype and ship work in fast cycles.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience owning and shipping end-to-end work, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another high-trust domain, plus experience designing AI-enabled or conversational products for real users. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and 0-to-1 work, demonstrate strong systems thinking and judgment about AI outputs, and collaborate effectively across design, product, engineering, and data.
