- Own end-to-end design for a product domain, shaping ambiguous problems into accessible, high-craft experiences and partnering with product and engineering to set goals and priorities. Design trustworthy AI experiences, ground decisions in customer insight, evolve design systems, and use rapid prototyping and AI tools to learn and improve products.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience shipping end-to-end work, strong web craft, comfort with ambiguity and 0-to-1 work, and experience with AI-enabled or conversational products used by real customers. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, sound judgment in high-stakes contexts, and strong collaboration and communication; experience in regulated domains, service design, AI governance, or AI-native workflows is a plus.
